  • Company employees are randomly selected to anonymously complete a confidential survey about their work environment
  • The HR and employee survey are scored according to the process below

Analysis of Surveys

The Association's market research firm will examine each application statistically for both quantitative and qualitative data. That data is then submitted to our volunteer panel of judges to examine. All applications are scored on a point system. Those receiving the highest points are selected as the 101 Best and Brightest winners. The companies receiving the highest points in each individual category are selected as Elite winners.  The company scoring the highest overall point total receives the "Best of the Best" award.

In all categories, the panels of judges are looking for a unique thought process with top support from senior management and policy makers. They are looking for above average programs, services and solutions for employees. Also, the judges are looking for adaptation to various new factors in the marketplace.
