How Do I Participate?
You, and your company, can participate in Metro Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in a number of ways:
Nominate your company, clients, or vendors for "Best and Brightest" recognition
Nominations for the 2008 Metro Detroit's101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For awards are are currently being accepted.

New Company Assessments for 2008 for "Best and Brightest" Participants
Helping to help companies gain a greater understanding of their standing in each category, the Michigan Business & Professional Association has added a new component this year - a basic assessment of a company's overall ranking in each category, which is covered by the nomination fee paid by each company. For those companies that desire an in-depth analysis, a comprehensive assessment individualized for a company in each of the human resource survey questions is available at an additional cost. This is a vital component in showing where a company stands out as a "best and brightest" and where improvements can be made.

Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible, the nominated company must be located in the Metropolitan Detroit area that includes Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw Counties. The nominated company may be a division or office of a parent company, but must have independent profit and loss responsibilities.
