Jovita Moore is the senior anchor at WSB-TV 2. Currently, she anchors the 5pm, 6pm and 11pm newscasts. Prior to joining WSB TV 2 her previous stations include WMC-TV in Memphis, Tennessee and KFSM in Fayetteville and Fort Smith, Arkansas. Jovita holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York City. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bennington College in Bennington, Vermont. Jovita is a native New Yorker who proudly calls Atlanta home.
Jovita is a busy Mother of three, but donates countless hours of time for civic associations and non-profit groups across the metro-Atlanta area. She mentors students and sits on several Boards of Directors.
Jovita is a member of the Atlanta Association of Black Journalists and the National Association of Black Journalists. She’s a member of Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2007, and a member of Outstanding Atlanta’s Class of 2004. She was featured on the 2007 list of 40 Under 40 by Georgia Trend magazine, and was selected as one of Jezebel magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful.
Jovita has received several Emmy Awards during her years at WSB-TV 2.
She says her most important accomplishments are her children.

Dana says, “Business is more than stocks and real estate... business is part of our everyday life. We all interact with business all the time. If you live somewhere, eat stuff, shop for things, drive places or work for a living, you’re a part of it”.
As both a serial entrepreneur, and corporate executive, Dana has worked in a variety of industries including publishing, media, and IT. Dana is a graduate of Cornell University, a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women and the Atlanta Press Club. She serves on the Board of Atlanta’s Best & Brightest Places to Work and is a Committee Co-Chair for the Book Festival of the MJCCA. She is also the proud mama of a newly minted college grad!
