Elite Suite Series “Finding the Right Talent for your Culture”

Engagement is far more than simply communicating effectively. Engaged employees are those who are fully involved in their work. So how do companies keep all the different generations engaged? While all employees work together to make a successful business it can be difficult to have departments with Millenniums, Gen X and Baby Boomers as their thoughts on some subjects may be total opposites. In this session we will share insight on communication, training and other elements to remove generational barriers and enhance the effectiveness and productivity of a diverse workforce.
