How to Participate

1. Companies are nominated by an individual.
    
2. The companies’ Wellness Coordinators are contacted to complete an extensive online survey on their practices.
    
3. Organizations are scored by Wellco on the quantitative and qualitative portions of the survey. The criteria is based on following categories and those receiving the highest points are selected as winners:
   
   • Policies
   • Environment
   • Leadership
   • Awarness and Motivation
   • Assessment and Intervention
   • Incentives and Integration
   • Measurement
   • Health Care Cost
      
4. A minimal fee applies to complete the nomination and survey.  See the fee scale below.
    
5. Organizations are provided a complimentary Basic Assessment Report with feedback for each category based on their survey results.
    
6. Organization are announced as winners and celebrated at the awards gala and symposium at MSU Management Education Center in Troy, MI.
    
7. Elite Award Winners are announced on event day at the symposium in the Small, Medium, Large business categories.
    
8. Winners are highlighted in a media campaign including the event media partner – Corp! Magazine’s October/November 2012 special Wellness feature.
